BOOKING TERMS:

FINAL PAYMENT - The final payment of the full booking amount is due within 30 calendar days.

PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT - The client agrees to provide a professional environment at all times, including a private changing area for all talent.

SOCIAL MEDIA FEES - Fees related to social media posts by models or talent must be specifically and separately negotiated. They are not included in the standard usage terms for web and electronic media.

USAGE - Any advertising or promotional use must be approved in advance by Anita and may incur additional fees.

WORKING HOURS - Calculated from call time to end of the shoot, and must be consecutive, including reasonable breaks.

OVERTIME - “Time-and-a-half” rates apply after 8 hours; as well as on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Hours worked beyond 10 hours must be approved by the talent and are billed at double time.

FUR, LINGERIE, AND MEN’S UNDERWEAR RATES - Apply to bras, panties, boxers, slips, tights, sleepwear, transparent or sheer items, and must be expressly approved in writing by Anita.

CANCELLATION POLICY - For confirmed bookings: cancellation within 3 business days = full payment; within 5 business days = half payment.

WEATHER-RELATED CANCELLATION - For confirmed bookings: any same day cancellation results in payment of half the amount if the service is immediately rescheduled, and full payment if it is not. Early weather-related cancellations are subject to the standard cancellation policy.

USAGE RIGHTS - Limited to the rights specifically granted and may not be extended without approval and renegotiation of fees.

AGENCY COMMISSION - A 20% agency commission applies to all bookings.
